Lead Access Control Technician

️What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead theinstallation of access control systems(Brivo, Eagle Eye, Honeywell Vista) in commercial environments
• Install and fitmag locks and door strikes—including on Herculite (frameless glass) doors
• Read and interpretblueprints, manage job sites, and resolve issues independently
• Supervise and mentor a helper/technician on-site
• Troubleshoot and maintain access control, alarm, and CCTV systems
• Communicate with project leads and ensure timely updates and documentation
• Exposure to programming is a plus—but not required

What You Bring:

• Proven experience incommercial access control installation
• Strong skills incutting in doors, installing mag locks, and mounting panels
• Ability toread blueprints, run jobs, and work without supervision
• Leadership experience or readiness tomanage a small team
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a DMV check

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity withalarm installation,CCTV, andsecurity systems
• Exposure tosystem programming
• Relevant certifications in access control or security systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
