Job summary

Next Level Technician is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Access Control Technician in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on installing and maintaining access control and CCTV systems, reading blueprints, and ensuring safe operations across job sites in Florida.

Requirements include 5+ years in commercial installation, knowledge of telecom networks, and certifications are a plus. Travel within Florida required; weekly pay and benefits offered.

Lead Access Control Technician - Tampa, FL

Join Next Level Technician as a Lead Low Voltage Access Control Technician in Tampa, FL! Earn $25 - $32 per hour, enjoy weekly pay, benefits, and steady work with a national leader in low-voltage staffing.

Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, service, access control and CCTV devices
• Install door hardware (mag locks, electric strikes, etc.)
• Install, service, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
• Read and interpret access control and CCTV blueprints
• Work safely on ladders/lifts (comfortable with heights)
• Experience with manufacturers such as Bosch, Open Options, Lenel, Genetec etc is preferred.
• Certifications are a PLUS

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial installation experience (access control/CCTV)
• Working knowledge of telecom and data networks
• Programming experience in access control and CCTV a plus
• Manufacturer certifications, BICSI, Lift, and OSHA certifications a plus
• Basic hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
• Willingness to travel to job sites within the Florida region as needed
