Job summary

Aluma Care, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee daily clinical operations and supervise BCBAs and BTs/RBTs while maintaining a client caseload as a BCBA.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and requires on-site presence from 8 am–5 pm, with approximately 20 billable hours per week for programming, supervision, and coordination of care. Experience in ABA supervision is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
• Current LBA license in the state of Kansas required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory BCBA experience preferred.
• Ability to be on-site between 8 am-5 pm (hours may vary by site).
• CPR/FA certification maintained.
• SafetyCare certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for all clinic BCBAs and BTs/RBTs.
• Lead clinical review meetings and guide data-based decision-making for client programming.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on service provision, hours, progress, and support needs.
• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 billable hours/week including programming, supervision, and family training.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support scheduling, maintenance, and operations.
• Attend regular progress report meetings with the Clinical Director.
