Jobot is seeking an experienced A/V Engineer to design, manage, and optimize our company-wide A/V and IT systems. The role focuses on control room operations, system integration, and leadership of junior engineers in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

You will drive HMI development, ensure reliability, and coordinate with IT and facilities teams to keep systems current and compliant. Remote work flexibility is available while based in a dynamic design firm setting.

Qualifications

5+ years in an A/V engineering role, preferably in finance
Experience in IT, control room operations, design, HMI, layout, leadership, and management
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Strong leadership and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Deep understanding of A/V and IT systems in a business setting
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and managing A/V and IT systems across the company.
Overseeing the layout and operations of the control room.
Developing and implementing HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure system compatibility and efficiency.
Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure our systems are current and competitive.
Ensuring all systems and operations comply with industry standards and regulations.
