Responsibilities
  • Perform work within your classification for the majority of your scheduled hours.
  • Lead, assign, and direct work in accordance with employee classifications.
  • Instruct other employees on proper methods and procedures.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Proficiency in using tools, gauges, and instruments.
  • Understanding of hazardous material handling and disposal.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to work well with others.
  • Capability to perform high-quality work independently and efficiently.
  • Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
  • Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding.
  • Work with hands extended overhead.
  • Correctable near and far vision.
  • Ability to hear at conversational levels with hearing aids.
  • Ability to lift and handle weights up to 25 pounds.
  • Operate hand tools and control small parts safely.
