Job summary

E-Space is hiring a Software Integration Lead to own the integration of back-end subscriber and business support systems with the 5G Core network. You will lead interfaces across SIM/eSIM provisioning, CRM, billing, and device management, coordinating end-to-end interoperability across satellite and ground environments.

This hands-on leadership role requires 12+ years in software engineering focused on BSS/OSS integration, strong API design, and experience mentoring a small team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with BSS/OSS integration and mobile core networks.
• Strong understanding of 5G Core subscriber management interfaces.
• Hands-on experience integrating SIM/eSIM provisioning with core subscriber management.
• Experience leading small software integration teams with API discipline.
• Experience with API design and integration test automation.

Responsibilities

• Own integration architecture and delivery for back-end systems interfacing with the 5G Core.
• Define and implement integration between SIM/eSIM provisioning and core subscriber management.
• Design interface between CRM and core network including subscriber data synchronization.
• Lead integration of billing/charging with core interfaces and CDR delivery.
• Integrate device management with core network functions.
• Define API contracts and data models across BSS/OSS-to-core boundaries.
• Build and maintain integration test harnesses and acceptance criteria.
• Own defect triage and root-cause analysis across teams.
• Lead and mentor 2–4 integration engineers.
