Job summary

Walla Walla Public Schools District Wide in Walla Walla, WA is seeking a part-time 4th & 5th Grade Co-Ed Flag Football Coordinator. The role will set up, manage and supervise flag football events and coordinate with district staff on facilities, transportation, equipment and registrations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, coaching experience, CPR and First Aid training, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a coach.
• Current CPR card and either a First Aid Card or equivalent sports medicine training.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a positive role model.
• Ability to communicate with students, parents, staff and community effectively.
• Outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote the district athletic program values and beliefs.
• Schedule all athletic contests with district AD and Transportation.
• Develop and implement system for purchasing equipment and uniforms.
• Ensure coaches meet district coaching requirements.
• Maintain facilities for games and practices with Facilities & Operations.
• Develop and implement an efficient registration system.
• Hire, assign, and supervise coaches.
