Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the 3rd shift in Lancaster, TX. You will lead warehouse operations, train staff, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanning equipment, and a flexible schedule that may include overtime and weekends. A logistics degree and AS9100/ISO/3PL exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse supervision experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scanning equipment.
• Flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environment and 3PL operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
