Responsibilities

• Study production orders to ascertain type and quantity of product and packaging requirements.
• Interpret company policies to workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Interpret specifications and job orders to workers, and assign duties.
• Observe packaging operations and adjust procedures to meet schedules.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure inter-departmental alignment.
