Job summary

ABCorp is seeking a hands-on 3D Print Lead Operator in Columbia, TN to set up, program and operate our 3D printers. You will inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality standards on the production floor.

The role requires reading work tickets, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lead others in a manufacturing environment. Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm at the Columbia, Tennessee facility.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate 3D printers.
• Inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications.
• Troubleshoot equipment and make on-the-fly decisions to keep shift running.
• Report problems with equipment or product to supervisor.
• Aim to meet or exceed production levels for equipment type.
• Read and follow work tickets for each job.
• Maintain production quality standards.
• Communicate maintenance needs for repairs and modifications.
• Report production information to supervisor as requested.
• Follow safety equipment and procedures at all times.
• Keep a neat and clean work area.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Keep inventory levels of manufacturing supplies and advise on ordering.
• Delegate tasks to crew as necessary.
• Maintain site progress documentation (daily reports, photos, safety reports).
• Support other duties as business needs arise.
