Job summary

ABCorp is seeking a hands-on 3D Print Lead Operator in Columbia, TN to set up, program and operate our 3D printers. You will inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality standards on the production floor.

The role requires reading work tickets, basic arithmetic, and the ability to lead others in a manufacturing environment. Hours are 7:30am-3:30pm at the Columbia, Tennessee facility.

Responsibilities

This role is a hands‑on position responsible for setting up, programming and operating our 3D printers.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

• Clean/Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment.
• Continuously inspect produced parts for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective products.
• Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running.
• Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager.
• Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment type.
• Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job.
• Ensure production quality standards are met
• Communicate technical or maintenance needs for repairs and modifications to equipment
• Report production information to supervisor as requested.
• Comply with use of safety equipment and procedures at all times.
• Maintain neat and clean work area at all times.
• Conduct training of new employees as needed
