Job summary

Craft Agency Ltd in New York is seeking a senior lead to steer the 3D and environments team, shaping how the studio grows and operates. You will balance physical fabrication with real-time rendering, guiding vendors and internal talent.

You’ll manage roughly seven team members and six external partners, owning budgets end-to-end from concept to invoicing in a fast-moving experiential context.

Qualifications

• Around 8 years of experience in creative production rooted in the built environment.
• Experience managing fabricators, exhibit houses and AV integrators.
• Background in architecture with interest in how rendering and real-time tooling reshape it.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D and environments team and oversee six concurrent external vendors.
• Own budgets from concept through breakdown, POs and invoicing.
• Shape workflows by bridging physical fabrication timelines with digital rendering work.
