Job summary

Lutron Electronics in New York City is seeking a highly experienced 3D Producer to lead the 3D team within the Communications group. You will manage trade show experiences, render initiatives, and pioneering VR/AR projects, coordinating across creative and fabrication streams.

The role requires strong project leadership, construction/fabrication understanding, and fluency in both creative processes and physical build logistics. Travel to vendors is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design, Production Design, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in creative production with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing trade shows, experiential installations, or built environments from concept through installation.
• Experience collaborating with third-party construction vendors, exhibit houses, fabricators and AV integrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D team and oversee trade show booths and built environments.
• Coordinate with external vendors, fabricators, and AV integrators.
• Oversee rendering initiatives and VR/AR experimentation for marketing.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines across streams.
• Ensure brand standards and on-time delivery within budget.
