The role requires a strong portfolio, proven expertise in Unity and major 3D tools, and the ability to bring characters to life with convincing timing and anatomy-aware movement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as 3D character animator in mobile/AAA gaming.
• Strong portfolio with mobile or AAA titles.
• Expert in Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, Spine, Unity.
• Rigging experience.
• Understanding anatomy and movement.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D character animation from concept to in-game.
• Create visually appealing animations aligned with feel and brand.
• Collaborate with designers and artists to integrate animations into engine.
• Build a library of animations for future use.
• Work with art director to maintain visual consistency.
• Optimize animations for multiple devices.
• Stay up to date with trends in casual/mobile games.
