Job summary

AGF Glass, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead the production team in delivering high-quality glass products. You will drive efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with a focus on meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards. Evening shift hours are 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with clarity and respect.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills with proactive addressing of challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees to meet or exceed goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee daily production activities to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
