Job summary

Zumiez Inc. in Tacoma seeks a retail team member to maximize sales and deliver customer-focused service. You will drive sales through zone coverage, training the team, and executing brand standards.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support sales, merchandising and day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and promotions to ensure exceptional store performance.

Responsibilities

• Selling, maintaining and covering zones to maximize personal and store sales results.
• Assist the Store Manager in maximizing sales, merchandising and operations.
• Open and close the store, reconcile the register, markdowns, transfers, promotion setup, inventory audits and store execution audits.

Assists the Store Manager in maximizing sales results in the area of sales, merchandising & operations.

SALES: Maintain personal results while training & directing the team to provide customer service.

MERCHANDISING: Execute HO product direction & make store specific product decisions to drive sales results.

OPERATIONS: Opening & Closing the store. (Including but not limited to reconciling the register, markdowns, transfers, promotion set up, inventory audits and store execution audits)
