Job summary

Little Endeavors Learning Center in Waukee, IA is seeking a Lead Teacher for our two-year-old classroom to guide exploration, language, movement, and early learning through play.

You will partner with families, document progress, maintain a safe, inviting classroom, and collaborate with the teaching team to support each child’s growth.

Hours are Monday through Friday; compensation varies with experience; training and certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for or teaching young children.
• Dependable, patient, and comfortable working with toddlers.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to maintain a safe, engaging classroom and follow center procedures.
• Willing to complete required childcare training and certifications.
