Job summary

ALDI is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Pennsylvania to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure accurate receiving, picking and shipping, and drive performance improvements. The role requires coordinating schedules, supervising staff, and upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Starting salary is $85,000 per year with planned increases to $90,000 in year 2 and $95,000 in year 3. Expect around 45 hours per week in a role that supports ambient and temperature-controlled

• Implements action plans to improve results.
• Trains and develops direct reports and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures safety, food safety and regulatory compliance.
