Job summary

ALDI in Rosenberg, Texas is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily schedules, oversee receiving and shipping, and ensure safety and efficiency in ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

This full-time role averages 45 hours per week with starting salary of $90,000 per year and scheduled increases to $95,000 after Year 2 and $100,000 in Year 3; benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Or combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and modifies daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
• Coordinates job activities and tasks of direct reports daily.
• Oversees daily receiving and selection/shipping of product to stores.
• Monitors inbound/outbound deliveries for guidelines.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Leads warehouse personnel meetings.
• Trains and develops direct reports.
• Ensures compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
