Responsibilities

• Lead and support hourly production associates in a high-volume stamping operation.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance.
• Coordinate daily production priorities, manpower, press assignments, and workflow.
• Monitor production performance and respond quickly to downtime, quality concerns, and other operational issues.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Tool & Die, Materials, Safety, and HR.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate production goals and priorities.
• Coach, train, and develop associates while recognizing strong performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scrap, downtime, and overall performance.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment where employees understand how their work contributes to the plant’s success.
