Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced SerDes analog designer to focus on 100Gbps+ wireline technologies. The successful candidate will develop high-performance circuits and architectures for ultra-high speed communication systems, managing transistor-level designs from initial specifications to market introduction. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in analog IC development and familiarity with high-speed design tools. Strong communication skills are essential as collaboration across geographic teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.
• Familiarity with SERDES technology such as ADC/DAC, CTLE, CDR, PLL.
• Track record of taking designs to production.
• Experience with silicon evaluation on bench and standard lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop circuits and architectures for ultra-high speed wireline communication systems.
• Drive transistor level design from specification to product introduction.
• Work with customers to define products addressing their needs.
