Job summary

TVH is seeking a 1st Shift Inbound Production Lead in Olathe, KS. This full-time role runs 7:00am-3:30pm on the 1st shift and focuses on inbound production leadership, training, and process optimization.

The role requires coordinating receiving, stocking, fulfillment, and shipping activities, while leading the team to meet safety and quality standards. Expect collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment.

Your Role And Responsibilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You must be able to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.

You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally. Team lifting or material handling equipment is required for items over 50 pounds.
