TVH Parts Co. is hiring a Forklift Operator in Olathe, KS for full-time shifts (1st/2nd/3rd). You will operate forklifts and other equipment to move, stage, and package materials, aiming for productivity and accuracy.

Requires English proficiency, a high school diploma or equivalent, and forklift certification or training. Health benefits and a 1,500 USD sign-on bonus are offered. Roles include standing, walking, and lifting operations within a distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other Powered Industrial Equipment to transport, organize, stage, replenish, pull, put away, load/unload, and package materials.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy goals.
• Perform repetitive motions and manual handling up to 75+ pounds on occasion.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies in a distribution center environment.

Forklift OperatorFull-time | Logistics | Location – Olathe, KS, 66062| $1,500 SIGN ON BONUS!1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)2nd Shift: 1:00pm-9:30pm (Monday-Friday)3rd Shift: 9:00pm-7:30am (Monday - Thursday)Performs and completes essential functions with a focus on understanding and meeting productivity and accuracy goals within the appropriate department. Responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, turret truck, and other Powered Industrial Equipment to perform various distribution center functions.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESYou’ll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:Operate forklift and/or other Powered Industrial Equipment to transport, organize, stage, replenish, pull, put away, consolidate, load/unload, and/or package materials.Meets or exceeds productivity and accuracy goalsUse repetitive motions; walk and stand; use hands and arms to reach, feel, grasp, finger, lift, push and pull from floor lever to overhead. Required to; stoop, kneel, crouch, sit and climb or balance. This role requires frequent standing and walking, repetitive motion, and use of hands and arms for reaching, grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling from floor to overhead. Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching are required; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing may occur.You must be able to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds regularly, up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 50 pounds occasionally.
