Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily restaurant operations at our Kennewick location. You will guide team members, ensure adherence to standards, and contribute to a fast, friendly guest experience on duty.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and hands-on support in a busy pizza environment, with opportunities to step into Crew Member responsibilities when needed. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.

Position Summary

The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by guiding team members, ensuring operational standards are met, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain performance, quality, and service standards.

Compensation

Pay Range: $17.13 per hour – $19.13 per hourActual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Physical Requirements
