Job summary

Capstone is seeking an energetic warehouse associate to join our team. You will participate in pre-shift meetings, perform safety checks, and support management while learning all receiving/unloading and loading operations.

Expect teamwork with minimal supervision and direct interaction with customer staff and delivery personnel. This role offers growth within a high-performance culture, with paid training, frequent operations exposure, and opportunities to rotate across sites as you develop

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs and handle pallets/cases.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-shift meetings.
• Conduct stretching exercises before shifts.
• Perform safety observations and ensure compliance.
• Support management and coaching.
• Provide training support and communication with leadership.
• Handle yard marshalling duties.
• Oversee area operations to maintain workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Move pallets and cases using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.

The Opportunity

Duties will be

• Pre-Shift meetings
• Stretching exercises before each shift.
• Safety observations
• Support management

• Plus all the yard marshalling duties

This is the next step in an associate's path to management

You will learn al all aspects of receiving /unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision

Work with a high level of direct contact with customer's staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner

Oversee a specified area within work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations

Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
