Areas USA, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor to oversee shift operations and coordinate with kitchen staff in Aberdeen, MD. You will help drive customer satisfaction, monitor quality service, and ensure adherence to corporate and franchise policies during each shift.

The role includes supervising staff, scheduling, training, and resolving issues while maintaining accurate cash handling and reporting. A High School diploma is required, with 1–2 years in a related role preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related restaurant/ops experience.
• Working knowledge of food and restaurant services, policies, and operations.
• Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.
• Ability to perform simple computer data entry; use 10-key adding machine by touch.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations and liaise with kitchen staff to ensure quality service.
• Oversee staff, hiring considerations, scheduling, training, and discipline as needed.
• Address customer needs and issues to ensure a quality experience.
• Update cash register system and prepare reports for restaurant administration.

Job Title: SupervisorPay Rate: $17.00 per hourDepartment: OperationsReports To: Concept ManagerStatus: Non-ExemptBroad Functions: This position will supervise the employees in the shift operations and aid in the operation of the restaurant to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with corporate/franchise policies and procedures. Position is responsible for operations in a shift in the restaurant.
