Job summary

Fccinc is seeking an LEA Project Manager in Kennett, MO, to lead the implementation of Project AWARE within the local school district. You will oversee day-to-day behavioral health activities, supervise Tier 2 Interventionists, and collaborate with school administrators and FCCBH leadership to integrate a three-tier framework.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of Student Assistance Teams, and experience in behavioral health services for youth.

Qualifications

• Mental health professional qualification or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a human services field (required).
• Two years of higher education with two years of related experience or four years of equivalent experience in psychiatric, substance use treatment, or developmental disabilities services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Tier 2 Interventionists and support service delivery.
• Coordinate Student Assistance Team activities and follow-up.
• Coordinate implementation of the Wayfinder curriculum.
• Collaborate with principals on school behavioral health activities.
• Support behavioral health coaching for educators.
• Coordinate student referrals to behavioral health services.
