Job summary

Hudson Group at Chicago O'Hare International Airport's Duty Free division is seeking a passionate beauty advisor to help inspire customers and deliver a complete shopping experience.

You will advise on fragrances and beauty products, provide friendly, professional service, and maintain visual standards while stocking shelves and supporting store operations in a fast-paced airport environment. Fluency in Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin required.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Experience in Beauty and Fragrance field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the use of fragrances and products
• Provide timely, welcoming, personal, professional, and consistent service to all customers at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items
• Replenish merchandise products and stock on shelves
• Comply and enforce store, state, and federal regulations
