Avolta at Chicago O'Hare International Airport is seeking a Duty Free Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and act as a brand ambassador.

You will handle transactions, maintain stock, and support daily store operations while working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior luxury retail experience is a plus, and you must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.

Advertised Compensation: $21.85 an hour

Duty Free Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills
• Deliver the highest of Customer Service standards that exceeds customer expectations, and act as ambassadors of the brand, ensuring that all customers have a pleasant shopping experience
• Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores, and maximize sales by efficiently receiving product deliveries, restocking of the stores and assisting in the daily operation of the store
• Operate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactions
• Follow company policies, including cash handling and loss prevention procedures
• Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
• Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
• Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
• Perform other related tasks as needed
