The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Miami cosmetics store to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.

Ideal candidates bring proven supervisory experience, a passion for coaching others, and a track record in retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.

Qualificações

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Assist in training and developing team members to improve performance and customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory management and cash reconciliation processes.
• Ensure store adheres to standard operating procedures and loss prevention measures.
• Represent Estee Lauder with professionalism during all customer interactions and events.
