Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team

The Facilities Management internship aims to provide hands‑on experience in managing and maintaining physical assets, workplace services, and operational support systems within a professional environment. The internship focuses on applying theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and user satisfaction in facility operations.

Internship Assignment Summary

Assisting in planning and supervising maintenance schedules (HVAC, electrical, …)

Monitoring facility service requests and coordinating with vendors/contractors.

Participating in energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.

Updating facility records, asset registers, and maintenance reports.

Assisting with space planning and workplace improvement projects.

Education/Qualifications/Skills

Working toward a degree in business, Facility Management, Construction Management or other relevant fields.

Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.

High‑standard communication and organisational skills.

Experience collating and presenting data.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
