Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking an LDAR Technician to identify, document, and tag fugitive emissions on a customer site. You will use TVAs/Method 21 and OGI cameras to monitor and report leaks, ensuring EPA compliance at refineries and oil/gas sites.

TWIC is required. This is a physically demanding, on-site role in an industrial environment with opportunities for growth in a safety-conscious team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TWIC, required.
• Confined space entry and 10 Hour OSHA Training (preferred).
• Able to work independently in loud industrial environments.
• Must wear protective clothing and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the top priority and follow safe work practices.
• Perform strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling and pushing heavy objects.
• Conduct field inspections of valves, connectors, pumps and tanks to detect VOC leaks.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers (FID etc.).
• Record inspection data and tag leaking components; manage inventory in databases like LeakDAS/GuideWare/SkyBridge.
• Adhere to environmental regulations (e.g., 40 CFR Subpart 60) and site safety protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to report leaks and verify repairs.
