Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors in Baytown, seeks an LDAR Technician to monitor components on an assigned route using a portable analyzer and electronic data recorder. You will calibrate equipment, identify leaks, and report emissions while coordinating with plant personnel.

The role requires strong communication, ability to perform physical tasks, and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends. Prior chemical plant exposure is helpful, with a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.
• Must be able to work at moderate to high levels of physical exertion for extended periods.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Experience in chemical plants or refineries is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor components on an assigned route and report emissions accurately.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure analyzer optimum performance and identify leaks.
• Complete daily uploads and emissions reports; coordinate with office and plant personnel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
