Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry level LDAR assistant to support air monitoring and emissions measurement activities. You will be trained to perform equipment calibrations, collect field data for compliance, and report findings to site personnel.

The role emphasizes safety, willingness to learn, and reliability, with opportunities for growth into technical services or leadership, and travel as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, industry or relevant training preferred but not essential.
• Industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Driving license and TWIC card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compliance with safety procedures and documentation.
• Performs EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection with portable gas analyzer.
• Performs analyzer certification and calibration, and routine maintenance of testing equipment.
• Ensures all monitoring route activities are completed on schedule and accurately reported.
• Identifies leaks and tags leak sources.
• Conducts visual assessments for evidence of leaking hydrocarbons.
• Maintains LDAR component inventory and changes.
• Provides daily reports and communicates equipment changes to site personnel.
• Interacts with plant personnel as directed and attends required training.
• Performs other duties as assigned and seeks continuous improvement.
