Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Leak Detection & Repair (LDAR) Supervisor to lead air monitoring and emissions measurement activities, calibrate equipment, and organize field data for compliance programs.

The role oversees field personnel and ensures adherence to safety procedures on job sites. Based out of Crown Point, IN, the position includes EPA Method 21 leak detection, equipment maintenance, and daily ECS reporting while coordinating with site personnel and management.

Qualifications

• LDAR experience preferred.
• Safety-conscious and trainable for field operations.
• Ability to follow procedures and document activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
• Oversee field personnel and ensure on-time completion of LDAR tasks.
• Train field staff and lead safety meetings.
• Complete required paperwork and ECS reports daily.
