Job summary

Onterris is seeking a skilled LDAR Field Project Manager to lead a field team in Texas. You will manage day-to-day LDAR and safety program compliance, coordinate field activities, promote a collaborative environment and ensure site certifications are maintained.

This role requires oil and gas industry experience, LDAR hardware knowledge, strong Excel and MS Office skills, proficiency with Android OS, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Oil and Gas industry experience preferred
• LDAR hardware knowledge strongly preferred
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office; Android OS familiarity
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts
• Valid driver's license required
• Engineering technology degree or related technical diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee field LDAR and safety program compliance
• Promote a positive work/team environment
• Lead weekly safety toolbox talks
• Manage PPE, supplies, and equipment; assist field personnel
• Document calibrations, drift checks, and instrument tests
• Prepare field reports as required
