Job summary

Insight Environmental, Inc. in Rosemount, MN is seeking an Environmental Technician for a full-time, in-person role. You will assist clients in meeting compliance by inspecting sites, monitoring operations, and maintaining safety and integrity in all tasks.

No prior experience required, but related experience is a plus. The position offers competitive pay ($22.00-$24.00/hr), full benefits, and opportunities to grow within a national environmental services team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn environmental compliance requirements (40 CFR Part 60).
• Experience reading P&IDs and troubleshooting instrumentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to work at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform LDAR and environmental compliance inspections at refinery sites.
• Supervise and perform environmental inspection, monitoring and testing.
• Maintain LDAR components, piping and instrument diagrams.
• Manage environmental database and generate reports.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports and maintain records.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure site safety.
