Job summary

PROtect, LLC is seeking an LDAR Auditing Director in South Houston, TX to lead quality, training, auditing, and compliance for LDAR and BWON programs. The role focuses on developing quality systems, training staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance across refinery operations.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, project management, and auditing experience, with the ability to drive continuous improvement while upholding safety standards and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Professional-level LDAR, environmental compliance, or related industry experience.
• Experience performing quality audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong working knowledge of leak detection equipment and monitoring technologies.
• Strong understanding of EPA environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage project quality plans that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead new hire onboarding, training, and competency programs.
• Coordinate project resources, equipment needs, and operational priorities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational documentation.
• Serve as a technical resource for LDAR and BWON operations.
