PepsiCo is seeking a Logistics, Distribution & Transportation (LD&T) Coordinator in Orlando, FL, to lead transportation operations and supervise a team of drivers. You will ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective deliveries to PepsiCo distribution centers, while maintaining DOT compliance and safety standards.
You will collaborate with carriers and internal stakeholders to drive performance, lead improvement initiatives, and own financial forecasting for transportation costs.

In this role, the Logistics, Distribution & Transportation (LD&T) Coordinator plays a critical leadership role within the Supply Chain organization by overseeing transportation operations and supervising a team of transport drivers. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective product deliveries to Company distribution centers while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and PepsiCo safety standards. The role also serves as a key local interface with dedicated carriers, leading improvement initiatives, supporting operational performance, and owning financial forecasting and analysis for the transportation cost center. Through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and a focus on continuous improvement, this role directly contributes to service excellence and overall business performance.
