Aligns procurement activities across stakeholders to ensure consistency in execution and communication. Identifies execution challenges and implements improvements to workflows, coordination, and delivery outcomes. Provides guidance to others on procurement execution, tools, and issue resolution. **Education Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. **Work Experience:** 7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction operations required.
