Job summary

DPR Construction in the United States (New Jersey) seeks a procurement leader to drive cross-project sourcing and supplier management, aligning with schedule, cost, and delivery goals. You will coordinate bid processes, evaluate suppliers, and implement strategies for complex programs.

You will lead multi-project procurement execution, advise stakeholders, and guide teams on procurement tools and ERP platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, supply chain management, business, or related field, or equivalent experience required.
  • 7–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or construction operations required.
  • Experience leading procurement for complex or multi-project environments required.
  • Experience supporting procurement strategy, contracting, and supplier performance management required.
  • Experience using procurement platforms and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools required.

Responsibilities

  • Leads procurement execution across multiple projects or large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with schedule, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Applies established procurement strategies and adapts approaches to meet project-specific conditions and constraints.
  • Leads solicitation and sourcing activities, including bid coordination, evaluations, and recommendation development.
  • Coordinates supplier performance and resolves complex delivery, quality, and commercial issues across procurement scope.
  • Aligns procurement activities across stakeholders to ensure consistency in execution and communication.
  • Identifies execution challenges and implements improvements to workflows, coordination, and delivery outcomes.
  • Provides guidance to others on procurement execution, tools, and issue resolution.
