Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited university.
• Active and current NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience in homelessness/trauma in residential or community settings.
• Experience providing clinical supervision to non-licensed staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and mental health screenings for residents.
• Serve as the primary clinical liaison for the VA Grant and Per Diem (GPD) program.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify housing barriers, including PTSD and substance use disorders.
• Supervise Case Managers to develop ISPs and ensure quality documentation.
• Collaborate with VA/HUD-VASH for transitions to permanent housing and plan exits.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation and meet grant/audit requirements.
