LCSW SENIOR THERAPIST & CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION

This position combines clinical therapy work (in-person and/or via telehealth) with supervision of CSW-Interns, MFT-Interns and/or CPC-Interns offering a unique opportunity to grow as both a clinician and a leader in the field.

reTHINK Therapy is an outpatient counseling group that provides individual and group therapy for kids, teens, adults, couples, and families. While trauma, faith-based, and kids/teens are our niches, we serve folks with various life struggles.

MORE ABOUT THE POSITION

The Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist role at reTHINK Therapy combines clinical practice with the supervision of post-graduate interns. The balance of responsibilities varies based on the number of interns assigned, with some therapists maintaining a higher caseload and fewer supervision duties, while others focus more on supervision with a reduced caseload. This position is highly customizable, but here are the general requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or equivalent, and
• Active license as an LCSW in the State of Nevada for at least 3 years, and
• Available to complete 1,200 direct client sessions
• Available to supervise CSW-Interns and/or MFT-Interns/CPC-Interns (as a secondary supervisor)
• Available to work four 10-hour days,
• Desire to work with clients who are seeking Faith-Based Counseling or Christian Counseling,
• Connect with our mission and values, and
• Want to be a part of a growing positive therapy community.
• Board approved as a supervisor is preferred but not a must, so long as you are 3 years post licensure and desire to be a supervisor we will consider you for the position.
• *Having NASW Approved Supervisor status is preferred but not required. Candidates who are 3 years post-licensure will still be considered if they are willing to complete the NASW supervisor training upon hire.

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, & FLEXIBILITY

The position pays between $80,000-$100,000 based on the number of supervisees and quota hours agreed upon at hiring.

INTERESTED IN SUPERVISION BUT LACK EXPERIENCE?

We’ve got you covered if you’re eager to step into a supervisory role but lack experience, training, or certification! At reTHINK Therapy, we are just as skilled at training clinical supervisors as we are at training post-graduate interns! We offer a 90-day mentoring program that guides Licensed Therapists through the supervision process, followed by ongoing monthly meetings with the Owner and Clinical Lead to enhance skills, foster collaboration, and refine our Rethink Residency program.

If you haven’t completed supervisor training, no problem! We offer it as an employment benefit to ensure you have the skills and credentials needed to succeed.

If you have not attended the training to become a supervisor, this is not a problem! We can include this as a benefit of your employment to cover those costs! We want to make sure you have all the necessary skills and credentials to excel in this position!
