Ellie Mental Health in Dothan, AL is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising pre-licensed social workers toward full licensure. You will maintain at least 27 service hours per week, participate in meetings, develop creative interventions, and coordinate care

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW license with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S)
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience
• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Experience working with diverse client populations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus
• Insurance credentialing experience preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full LCSW/LICSW licensure
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision
• Develop creative interventions based on client needs and goals
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, medical providers, and other professionals
• Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and training
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture
