Job summary

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited school of social work.
• NASW Standards for Social Work Practice in Health Care Settings.
• Licensed as a Social Worker in Missouri.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Two years of health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and older adults.
• Address ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma and other behavioral health needs.
• Complete biopsychosocial evaluations and formulate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with primary care and specialty medical providers for coordinated care.
• Engage families, schools and community partners to support youth mental health.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with legal, ethical and billing requirements; participate in meetings.
