Yale New Haven Health's Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Greenwich Hospital is seeking a full-time clinical social worker to treat a spectrum of psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other providers.
The role emphasizes evidence-based, solution-focused approaches, biopsychosocial assessment, treatment planning, patient and family education, and advocacy to improve outcomes.

Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at Greenwich Hospital is seeking to employ a full‑time clinical social worker with specialties in treating a spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses, including mood, anxiety, post‑traumatic stress, and substance‑related disorders. The clinical social worker will provide evidence‑based and solution‑focused treatments to patients with these and other clinical conditions, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other providers in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting.
Education
Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work.
Experience
Individuals with experience treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions and working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting; training in cognitive‑behavioral interventions; who embrace a biopsychosocial model of understanding and treating behavior and mental health; and are committed to program development are encouraged to apply.
Licensure
All candidates must have a license (LCSW) to practice as a clinical social worker.
