Job summary

LifeLong Medical Care in Oakland seeks a licensed professional to join the Supported Housing Site at Dellums Apartments as an LCSW/LPCC. The clinician will work with an inter-disciplinary team to deliver psychosocial services to patients within the health center setting.

The role offers a competitive salary of $101,753.60–$122,928.00 per year, along with medical, dental, vision, FSA, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 403(b) retirement plan, and loan repayment programs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid California LCSW or LPCC license.
• Experience delivering mental health services to disadvantaged populations is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive psychosocial assessments and short-term counseling.
• Delivers case management and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintains clinical and administrative records per contractual requirements.
• Participates in weekly clinical meetings and quality improvement efforts.
• Supervises interns or ASW/AMFT/APCC trainees if applicable.
