CarePlus NJ, Inc. is seeking a LCSW/LPC/LMFT Therapist for the Crisis Receiving and Stabilization Center in Paramus, NJ. This full-time, on-site role offers a starting salary of $75,000, with sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform crisis intervention, assessments, and psychotherapeutic services, using CBT, MI, and trauma-informed approaches to support individuals with SMI, SUD, or COD. Collaboration with the treatment team is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• Active New Jersey license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• At least 1+ year of clinical experience with SMI, SUD, COD.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and psychotherapeutic services to referrals.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling in-person and via telemedicine.
• Document interventions timely and accurately.
• Utilize CBT, MI, trauma-informed care in interventions.
• Coordinate care with the treatment team and recovery staff.
• Participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Educate clients and families on diagnoses, medications, risks, and outcomes.
• Link clients to community resources and coordinate inter-agency care.

Full-time 40 hours, On-site: 4 (10 hour days), some evenings & weekends
Salary: Starting at $75,000. Sign-OnBonus.

Schedule 1: Tuesday into Wednesday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Wednesday into Thursday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Thursday into Friday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Friday into Saturday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Schedule 2: Saturday into Sunday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Sunday into Monday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Monday into Tuesday 10:00 pm - 8:00 am, Wednesday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Schedule 3: Sunday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Tuesday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Friday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Schedule 4: Wednesday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Thursday 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Friday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary

You will provide crisis intervention, assessment, and psychotherapeutic, brief counseling to individuals who are referred to the CRSC for services. Through the use of various evidence-based modalities (such as CBT, MI, etc.), you will aid in the mental health recovery journey of your clients.Additionally, you will ensure program goals and objectives are accomplished by fulfilling job and team responsibilities as assigned.

What You Will Do

• Conduct clinical comprehensive assessments for individuals presenting to the CRSC.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services both in-person and via telemedicine.
• Document interventions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize evidenced-based practices in clinical interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy interventions, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with treatment team and recovery support personnel to ensure care is coordinated.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Offer education to clients and their families regarding diagnosis, medications, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and substance abuse treatment, as well as social and coping skills training.
• Build and maintain relationships with family and other key support systems.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team meetings.
• Implement evidence-based interventions (such as CBT, MI, etc.) and assessments to help individuals achieve their treatment goals, link to community resources, and provide inter-agency coordination of treatment.

What We Are Looking For

• Master's Degree in social work or counseling with applicable license to provide clinical services.
• Must have current New Jersey license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT.
• At least 1+ years of experience providing clinical services to individuals with SMI, SUD, and/or COD.
