Vital HealthCare Solutions is expanding its Psychology Department and seeking licensed clinicians to provide individual psychotherapy and comprehensive assessments in skilled nursing and assisted living settings across the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LPC license is required.
• Experience in geriatric mental health, long-term care, or behavioral health preferred.
• Compassionate, collaborative clinicians who thrive in interdisciplinary settings.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual psychotherapy and counseling using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with Psychology and Psychiatry teams and facility staff to provide integrated care.
• Work with a diverse population to grow and diversify clinical practice.
