Senior PsychCare (SPC) in San Angelo, TX is seeking LCSW/LPC/LMFT to join a mission-driven mental health team serving residents of long-term care facilities. Full-time or part-time roles offer collaborative, team-based care, flexible scheduling, and clinical support from psychiatrists.

You’ll conduct assessments, provide psychotherapy for seniors, and work with nursing home staff, with telehealth options and thorough EHR documentation, all within a supportive infrastructure and growth

Qualifications

• LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Experience with geriatric populations strongly preferred.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable traveling locally.
• Adaptive, flexible, and committed to team-based care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cognitive and emotional assessments to set and manage treatment plans
• Provide individual, family and/or group psychotherapy for seniors
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and SPC’s behavioral health team
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings (in-person and virtual)
• Deliver care both in-person and via telehealth when appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR system

Senior PsychCare provides collaborative behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities.
